Unable to Locate Account/Order

Unfortunately based on the name and email provided; I was unable to locate your order under (BRAND). If you could please respond back with the First and Last name you used for the order or an alternative email address you might have used to purchase with I would greatly appreciate it!

If you are not sure what name or email address was on the order, I can also search by the last 4 Digits of the credit card number that you used to purchase with. I will also need you to confirm the date (or date range) of the charge you are inquiring about if this method is used.
